OMG I did it!!! I didn't think I could, but I did!!!

So when I saw what `bri-chan did with her shoes, I just had to try it and so while I was in Oregon I bought a pair of Vans and started drawing on them the moment I got home. I already knew I wanted to do Mononoke, but I wasn't sure how to do it. All in all I'm really pleased with how this turned out for a first pair of shoes! They're awesome! I have to say though that I could've done better with the front and faces, but oh well. What do you do. They're still awesome.

Like `bri-chan I haven't found a spray to go over it to keep them protected, but I'll eventually get around to buying one. Unlike Bri, I don't live in the Sunny state of California so I'll have to wait until Hurricane season is over and then wear them because when they get wet they do run. (I unfortunately found this out while changing the fish tank... bad idea....)

I wish I could've gone to AWA and worn them, it would've been awesome! Oh well, next year.

Shame the marker runs.. T_T I did a shirt for my bro's gf, and it apparently does fine.. Wonder why the difference...

Ahhhhh, gotcha.

Yeah, I used my usual combo of Fabers, Prismas, and Copics on [link] . I wonder if it's a difference in the cloth or what...

Still, though. They do look good. :D
